Graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts “N. Pavlovich”, Sofia (later renamed to Art Academy, Sofia), with a degree in decorative mural painting. His works encompass the genres of figural composition, portraiture, decorative and mural painting (mosaics, sgraffito). Receiver of a number of national awards, among which a “Vladimir Dimitrov- The Master” award from the Union of Bulgarian Artsts (1982) and a “Zachary Zograff” award in painting (1985).
