Gоshka Datsov

Painter. Graduated from the Art Academy of Rome. Visits Paris and Belgium. Following his return in Bulgaria, he organizes exhibitions on themes from abroad. During WWI he is a military artist and recreates directly the events of the battlefield and the lives of Bulgarian soldiers in the ditches, in about 20 paintings and over 300 sketches. His work also includes figural compositions on varied themes, landscapes, flowers et. al., very colorful and showing techniques typical of the style of symbolism.
